  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Provide quality holistic nursing care to all patients in the Dialysis Centre.
  • Check and record R.O. system parameters on daily basis.
  • Ensure the patients’ vital signs are checked pre and post dialysis and documented in the record book.
  • Select appropriate vascular access site, cannulate and fasten the two AVF needles securely.
  • Counter check the ultrafiltration target and ensure that dialysis treatment is initiated safely.
  • Ensure the patients’ vital signs are monitored hourly during dialysis, and to take appropriate action promptly.
  • Inform C.M. / SN in charge of any adverse changes in patient’s clinical status.
  • Ensure correct and safe initiation and termination of dialysis treatment.
  • Respond to HD machine alarms promptly and take appropriate action.
  • Ensure that all dialysis equipment's are clean, safe and operational at all times. Report any malfunctioning equipment's to the C. M. promptly.
  • Inform C.M. / SN in charge of any incident / error / complaint and write incident report.
  • Ensure all patients’ records and files are up to date & assist the Nephrologist during their visits.
  • Administer and update records of drugs according to the prescription given by the Nephrologist.
  • Orientate new patients to the centre and explain the policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
