  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company management systems (HACCP, ISO 14001, BRC-IoP Packaging, FSC Chain of Custody).
  • Develop and maintain integration plans for system transitions.
  • Enhance systems/processes to address gaps.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend system improvements.
  • Create user guides and provide training.
  • Develop rollout and support plans.
  • Create test scenarios and manage testing.
  • Oversee system development, coding, and reporting.
  • Manage projects, plans, and team coordination.
  • Define and communicate business cases.
  • Design and document solutions.
  • Work with key users and management to document business requirements.
  • Maintain, upgrade, and secure IT infrastructure.
  • Manage servers, networks, and end-user devices.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT problems.
  • Maintain IT asset documentation.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Competency Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of network/server management, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
  • Proficiency in Windows, ERP OS Trio System preferred.
  • Experience in virtualization and backup/recovery solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
