Job Descriptions:

  • Providing general administrative support to the customer service team.
  • Assist in the effective liaison, support and assistance between customer services task and organization.
  • Maintaining mechanisms for surveying and measuring customer satisfaction and disseminate feedback
  • Manage the functions of receiving, assessing, analyzing, resolving and documenting customers’ issues and complaints in accordance with agreed requirement
  • Provide general administrative support to the team to include filing, data entry, typing and assisting in the management of communications and paperwork, managing diaries, assisting with travel arrangements
  • Looking after visitors and assisting with general reception and telephone duties
  • Assist Manager to make improvements and implement required changes
  • Assist Manager to liaise with external agencies relation to customer service matters
  • Achieve agreed personal targets and assist Manager to achieve team targets
  • Contribute towards the smooth running of the sales team
  • Interact and co-operate with all members of the organization, its suppliers and clients/customers
  • From time to time may be expected to be part of special projects as are reasonably required of your job role.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent and Expert knowledge on the Internet, Online Sales, Advertising, Facebook, Mudah

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
