Key Responsibilities
1. AI Strategy Development
- Define and drive the AI strategy, ensuring alignment with the bank’s overall business objectives.
- Identify high-value AI use cases and opportunities to enhance banking processes, customer experience, and revenue streams.
2.Use Case Cost Structure Analysis
- Develop comprehensive cost structures and financial models for AI use cases.
- Collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure cost-efficiency and ROI for AI initiatives.
3.Stakeholder Engagement & Management
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive AI adoption.
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Manage expectations, address concerns, and facilitate alignment across departments.
4.Banking Domain Knowledge
- Apply deep understanding of banking processes, products, and regulations to ensure AI solutions meet industry standards.
- Provide insights into domain-specific challenges and opportunities for AI implementation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in AI strategy, business development, or project management, preferably within the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of banking processes, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Expertise in financial modeling and cost structure development for AI initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
