Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Butcher or similar role.
  • Certificate in Butchery or relevant training is preferred.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food handling and storage.
  • Familiarity with the use and maintenance of cutting and grinding equipment.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for delivering high-quality meat products.
