Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Team Management: Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals to ensure a consistent growth pipeline.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing - freight forwarding, shipping or sea logistics
- Extensive existing network and stakeholder management experience in shipping/logistic
- Proficiency in CRM software will be an added advantage
