- Responsible for ensuring all Body & Paints (vehicle) jobs are created and managed efficiently using the Merimen system.
- Has co-responsibility for customer satisfaction by ensuring customers are updated from time to time on the vehicle progress.
- Liaising with customers to arrange the booking in and scheduling of repairs.
- Key-in data and/or update customer’s information in system.
- Coordinate/facilitates communication with customers for signature on various forms.
- Ensuring a prompt and courteous response to all external and internal customer inquiries.
- Responsible for collection of payment and follow-up closely with debtors (Insurance).
- Liaise with Finance Department on cash and debt flow transaction.
- Handle refund for customers/Insurance.
- Ensure subcontractor Purchase Orders and Invoices are processed for payment.
- Completing paperwork promptly and organizing documentation filing accurately to meet company and audit requirements.
- At least 2 years of related working experience and 5-7 years of experience in the Automotive industry.
- Minimum Certificate/SKM/SVM/Diploma in related education background.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa & English (Mandarin is a plus).
