  • Provide comprehensive administrative support by planning and managing the calendar, meeting, appointment, event, research and travel arrangement.
  • Filter general information, enquiries, phone calls, invitations, incoming email, and post and prepare correspondence such as emails, letters and often corresponding on behalf.
  • Following up with action and completed in timely manner on pending matters.
  • Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment and maintaining filing systems.
  • Ensuring identities and tasks remain confidential.
  • Adhere professional conduct at all times.
  • To undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by the superior and Management
  • Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Diploma / Degree
  • 1 year of working experience as a coordinator / assistant / secretary / administrative / equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Zoom, Canva
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Own transport with a valid driving license Class D and familiar with roads in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur
  • Ready to travel out of office for job assignments
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to work overtime / weekend / public holiday if required
