Solar Project Engineer

Job Descriptions :- • To drive the end-to-end process of the Large-Scale Solar (LSS) / Commercial and Industry (C&I) / Residential project assigned from the team from the Project Confirmation up to the Project Completion. • Person in charge of coordinating Solar PV Systems with the designer, including the electrical, structural, and mechanical works, and liaising closely with inter-departments involved in the project completion. • Working closely with internal and/or external parties such as TNB, consulting firms, and documentation required. • Planning and managing with the subcontractor until the Project Completion on the following details: • Managing their scope of works, and works schedules, including monitoring workmanship qualities or other subcontractors during project installation. • Project material purchase with an Easy and Efficient (ERP) System. • Coordinating on setting up a remote monitoring system and conducting test & commissioning of the solar PV system. • Preparing daily and weekly reports, to updates the latest progress on the project schedule. • To liaise with the safety & Health Officer (SHO) to ensure the project's progress always practices the proper procedure. • To assist with the best organizing of a post-mortem meeting for evaluation of project results, and challenges faced and provide recommendations for future improvement if it is required. Qualification & Requirement :- • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. • We are accepting fresh graduates for Junior Project roles. • For Senior Project Roles, having working experience in the Solar or Electrical industry, and knowledge of Solar PV systems and PVSYST will be an added advantage. • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Projects, and ERP systems. • Willing to travel or relocate based on the Project Sites requirement.
