Position Summary: The Service Technician is responsible for dismantling, assembling, troubleshooting, testing, and servicing the Company’s products (after-sales service). We are currently seeking for Service Technician to be part of our Service Team, to be based at our Wisma CKE (Cheras). Responsibilities: 1. Carry out 100% after-sales troubleshooting of the company’s products and service visits of the units within your designated customers and territory to achieve customer satisfaction. 2. Ensure all work performed (i.e., servicing, parts replacement, repairs, troubleshooting, and breakdown) is documented following the relevant customer's request. 3. Liaise and communicate effectively with customers while on-site to build a good rapport and provide the best quality service. 4. Willing to travel within the Klang Valley area for work and be able to standby to attend call-backs. 5. Able to travel outstation as and when required by the Superior. 6. Good work ethic and be able to perform overtime as and when required by the Superior. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, to work under pressure, and beyond regular hours to meet tight deadlines. 8. Any other duties that may be given by the Superior from time to time. Requirements: 1. Possess a Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or any related Technical Field. 2. Having relevant working experience in repairing kitchen equipment and commercial refrigerators with a minimum of 3-5 years experience. 3. Strong knowledge of various kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, dishwashers, refrigeration units, etc. 4. Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions and breakdowns; mechanical/ electrical/ electronic failures. 5. Possess valid B2, D & GDL Class driving license. 6. Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience. 7. 2 Full-time positions available. Working Schedule: 1. 5-Days Working per Week (alternate Saturday on a rotation basis and entitled for 1-Day Off on weekdays if working on Saturday) 2. Normal Working Hours (9.00 am ~ 6.00 pm – Monday to Friday with 1-hour Rest/ Breaktime) & (9.00 am ~ 5.00 pm – Saturday with 1-hour Rest/ Breaktime). 3. Rest Day – Sunday. Benefits: 1.
