Junior Account Exec

Vacancy : Junior Account Executive at JV Moni Senawang, Negeri Sembilan . We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking e-invoice transactions and assisting with basic accounting tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. . Key Responsibilities: - Review and verify e-invoice transactions for accuracy - Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes - Reconcile bank statements and financial records - Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting files and records - Support the preparation of financial reports and statements - Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry - Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures - Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries - Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations . Qualifications: - A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field - Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Experience with e-invoicing and accounting software (e.g., Autocount) is a plus - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) - Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is preferred - within the age range of 22 to 35 years Working Hour : Mon – Fri (8am – 5.30pm) Offering a salary range between RM2,400 and RM2,800 .
