Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing 12. Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries for management and other departments as required 13. Assist the Executive Assistant during her absence 14. Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office 15. Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management
