Technician

- Maintain grounds and common areas to ensure they are operational, safe and clean. - Examine machinery to ensure that it is functioning properly and to check for defects in components or parts. - Receive work orders and determine what parts, equipment and service are needed to perform necessary maintenance and repair work. - Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs. - Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment and machine service. - Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. - Detect faulty operations,defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. - Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean orderly work areas. - Ensure that the subordinates know the importance of meeting customer, statutory and regulatory requirements, understand and ensure that the Quality Policy and Quality Objective are established. - To assist the Senior Technician on repair robotic machine equipment and diagnose problem, replace on repair parts test and make adjustment. - Dissemble damaged and broken equipment so that it can be more easily repaired, then ressemble pieces after repair work has been successfully completed (mechanical, electrical, electronic problem) - Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines. - Assist to prepare report and record data robotic mc. - Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
