This is a 12-month program offering on-the-job training placements within the Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad, Group of Companies. RESPONSIBILITIES : MySTEP personnel will support various divisions and departments by assisting in both technical and non-technical tasks based on business needs. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing data and documentation, assisting in research and process improvements and ensuring compliance with company procedures. Additionally, they will also contribute to operational efficiency by collaborating with teams, supporting project execution, and undertaking any other tasks assigned to achieve the company’s objectives. REQUIREMENTS: • Education: Fresh graduates in IT, Accountancy, Human Resources, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Audit, Marketing, HSE or equivalent fields. • Academic Qualification: Bachelor's Degree from an approved Institution of Higher Learning with a minimum CGPA of 2.70. • Employment Status: Unemployed graduates or those without permanent jobs. • Citizenship: Malaysian citizens, preferably Sarawakians, aged 27 or below. • Skills: • Computer literacy. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in written and spoken English. • Strong analytical and influential skills. • Self-confidence and ability to work effectively in a team. • Self-motivated, resilient and adaptable • Strong sense of integrity and a positive attitude towards work. *Preference made for Sarawakian candidates
