1. Administrative Support:- Manage and maintain consignment notes (CN), delivery orders (DO), labeling for packaging, and order summaries for all product brands.
- Compile photos for installers to execute installation across all product brands.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
2. Customer Relationship Management:- Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Support the Key Account team in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Help in the preparation of client reports and presentations.
3. Data Management:- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
- Perform data entry and manage spreadsheets to support account management activities.
- Ensure all client data is accurate and up to date.
4. Project Coordination:- Assist in planning and coordinating projects related to key accounts.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to the Key Account team.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients to ensure project success.
- Liaise with the production team to ensure POSM (Point of Sales Materials) are delivered on time.
- Schedule transportation, deliveries, and services efficiently.
