1. Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain consignment notes (CN), delivery orders (DO), labeling for packaging, and order summaries for all product brands.
  • Compile photos for installers to execute installation across all product brands.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

    2. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases.
    • Support the Key Account team in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Help in the preparation of client reports and presentations.

      3. Data Management:

      • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
      • Perform data entry and manage spreadsheets to support account management activities.
      • Ensure all client data is accurate and up to date.

        4. Project Coordination:

        • Assist in planning and coordinating projects related to key accounts.
        • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to the Key Account team.
        • Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients to ensure project success.
        • Liaise with the production team to ensure POSM (Point of Sales Materials) are delivered on time.
        • Schedule transportation, deliveries, and services efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in administrative support or key account management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
