Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. As an HR Assistant, you will assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. Your role will be crucial in maintaining smooth HR operations and ensuring a positive experience for our employees. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Onboarding: Assist to coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing materials and ensuring smooth integration. - Employee Records: Help to Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, tracking attendance, and administering benefits programs. - Attendance and Leave Management: Help to monitor employee attendance and process leave requests. - Performance Management Support: Help coordinate performance appraisals and maintain employee performance records. - Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and assist in resolving issues. - Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws. Prepare HR reports as required. - General HR Support: Provide administrative support for HR programs, events, and initiatives. Qualifications: Fluency in Mandarin (both written and verbal) is required. Minimum of 1 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong knowledge of SQL payroll, databases, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is a plus.
