Responsibilities: - Oversee the management of assigned customer accounts. - Own revenue and organic growth targets, delivering consistent results. - Handle RFQs, pricing, legal matters, and negotiations within designated areas. - Drive the customer/account P&L, focusing on sales, margins, mark-ups, contribution goals, inventory goals, and other cost drivers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through timely and accurate data sharing. - Understand customer contracts and their impact on production and processes. - Serve as the primary communication channel for customers and manage escalations. - Act as the PIC and coordinator for all customer visits and conduct customer satisfaction reviews and implement corrective actions. - Lead customer programs and cross-functional management, collaborating with project managers to meet customer requirements and objectives (e.g., VA/VE, NPI, Transfer programs). - Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation. - Collaborate with the ASE global sales team to identify and drive opportunities Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years’ working experience in program management within the semiconductor or electronics industry. - Assertive, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. - Excellent presentation skills and preparation of presentation materials - Ability to interact with all levels/positions including Senior Positions - Fluent in BOTH English and Mandarin as needed to support for Europe or Asia market. - Must be able to problem solve, prioritize and have the ability to multitask and continuously improve processes and capabilities. - Strong problem-solving skills, and numerical analytical skills. Meticulous and detail oriented. - Understanding of product development life cycle and supply chain processes such as forecasting, planning, inventory management, operations, manufacturing, procurement, sourcing, transportation and warehousing.
