1. Manage and administer HR process in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other HR administrative matters. 2. Process and ensure efficient payroll operation, ability to meet deadlines and customer service standard. 3. Update employees leave and OT entry record. 4. Monitor daily and weekly attendance. 5. Handle for foreign worker matter such as preparation for permit and passport renewal, checking and update foreign workers passport expired date. 10. Handle foreign worker hiring process and other matter that related to foreign worker. 11. Handle of company licensing, such as registration, renewal and related matters. 12. Manage stationary, reservation hotel and purchase air ticket. 13. Prepare HR/GA department yearly budget. 14. Responsible for every quarterly Business Plan.
