1) Answering / handle incoming calls and customers. 2) Arrange all tested cube form (TTF) Type and Print the Official Test Report including send for signatories. 3) Sort out signed official reports for billing and filling. 4) Responsible for follow up with superior every day and arrange for official report to be deliver to site. 5) Prepare Invoices, Cash Sales Bills, Purchase Order, Quotations 6) Ensure storage of records is systematically filled, prevent or minimize deterioration/damaged. 7) Ensure records are identified, remain legible & ready. 8) Print label for all the files in order. 9) Key-in staff overtime records into system. 10) Takes over responsibilities of another Clerk’s function in her absence. 13) Carry out any alteration/ correction in records in accordance with the quality management procedure. 14) Ensure laboratory and quality procedures are followed at all time. 15) Carry out duties and assignments as required by her superior from time to time.
