The Project Manager for the MBA Program is responsible for managing the administration, coordination, and development of the MBA program, as well as serving as an overseas instructor. Program Administration - Oversee daily program activities such as class schedules, resource preparation, and materials, ensuring all special program needs are carefully managed. - Maintain accurate records of program operations, faculty requirements, and resources to meet documentation needs for relevant parties, including international teaching staff if required. - Collaborate with the Director to implement program improvements, including special assignments as an overseas instructor. 2. Accreditation and Compliance - Actively participate in the preparation and submission of documents for Program Accreditation (PA) and Full Accreditation (FA). - Ensure all accreditation requirements are met within the specified timelines, including reviewing policies and procedures related to overseas instructors. - Assist in ensuring program compliance with international accreditation standards, including justifications for employing overseas teaching staff. 3. Direct Support to the Director - Support the Director in strategic planning, reporting, and communication with stakeholders, including ensuring complete documentation for all international requirements. - Attend meetings with the Director or represent the Director in key meetings related to overseas assignments or project management. - Assist in prioritizing program tasks, ensuring special assignments such as overseas teaching roles are seamlessly coordinated. 4. Event Coordination - Plan and manage events such as workshops, guest lectures, networking sessions, and teaching, ensuring all elements meet local and international requirements. - Handle logistics for events, including venue arrangements, guest invitations, and supporting documentation for collaborations involving international parties or ministries. 5. Marketing and Communication - Assist in promoting the MBA program by highlighting its uniqueness and international requirements that cannot be fulfilled by Malaysian citizens. - Update the website and promotional materials with information that reflects the program's special requirements and relevant international opportunities. 6. Financial and Budget Management - Monitor program expenditures, including costs related to international assignments or overseas teaching requirements. - Assist in budget planning by ensuring efficient resource utilization in compliance with legal requirements.
