SUMMARY This position's main responsibility is to support the General Manager and operations in day-to-day operational activities and understand the Company's strategic goals and missions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Rotation through department : Rotate through different departments within the operations to gain exposure to various functions such as business development, tenancy management, project management, supply chain and etc. 2. Business objectives: Understand Company's vision and business objectives and keep track of business performance to plan short-term and long-term strategic direction of the business operations activities. 3. Daily operations: Travel to outlets and participate in daily operations as and when required. 4. Business development:Conduct market research and identify opportunities for business growth and expansion. Produce plans and strategies to capitalize on identified opportunities. 5. Project management: Support in implementing projects aimed at improving efficiency, reducing costs, lowering risks, and enhancing quality. Ensure projects, from initial ideation to completion, are aligned with Company's objectives. 6. Reporting and presentation: Develop well-formatted reports and proposals and conduct presentation to communicate findings and strategic recommendation to Management. 7. Leadership development: Taking on leadership roles in projects and receiving feedback and mentorship from supervisor. Lead to implement new project, evaluating the performance and participate in company's strategic planning. 8. Administration: To provide administrative support as and when required. 9. Others: Manage special or ad-hoc jobs assigned by Superior. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field. 2. Candidate with 1-2 years working experience in the retail or operations field are also encouraged to apply. 3. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. 4. Possess good analytical skills and able to design and generate reports. 5. Positive, resourceful, quick learner, good teamwork but able to work independently and able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Excellent organizational skills. 8. Ability to manage complex projects and multi tasks. 9. Willing to travel.
