- Assist patients in registering at the counter and filling out the required forms.

Patient Record Management:- Ensure patient records are updated and properly stored.
- Assist in the management of patient files and electronic record systems (if applicable).
- Review patient medical records prior to examination by the doctor.
- Preparation of Medical Equipment:
- Assist doctors and nurses in preparing medical equipment required for examinations or procedures.
- Sterilize equipment and ensure that the equipment is clean and ready to use.
Medication Handling:- Prepare medications prescribed by the doctor to patients.
- Instruct patients on the correct use of medications (if necessary).
- Maintain stock of medications and ensure they are not past their expiration dates.
- Assist with Clinical Examinations:
- Prepare patients for examinations (for example, taking blood pressure, body temperature, or height and weight).
- Assist in basic examination procedures such as light laboratory tests or ECGs (depending on training and qualifications).
Clinic Hygiene and Safety Maintenance:- Ensures that the clinic is always clean and comfortable for patients.
- Manages the disposal of medical waste in a proper manner and according to safety standards.
Appointment Management and Appointment Schedule:- Arranges appointments for patients and ensures that the doctor's schedule is always organized.
- Checks the status of patient appointments and makes confirmation via phone or application system.
Preparation of Important Documents:- Assists in preparing documents or letters for patients, such as referral letters to hospitals or medical records for insurance claims.
- Ensures that all documents related to patients are prepared correctly.
Administrative and Management Duties:- Handles telephone calls and provides information to patients or their families.
- Handles payments and financial matters such as invoices and payment records.
Support Services:- Provides emotional support to patients who may be feeling anxious or stressed.
- Helps explain procedures to be carried out in an easy-to-understand manner.
Preparation of Reports and Documentation:- Assists in preparing daily reports on clinic activities, equipment usage, and drug stocks.
