PRIMARY OBJECTIVE : To handle and manage assignments which will include (but not limited to): • Business setup including applying for relevant Ministry’s operating and business license • Import permit applications • Representative Office/Regional Office license • Feasibility study • Work permit related applications RESPONSIBILITIES : • Assisting clients to comply with the regulatory requirements related to their business activities • Assisting the team in various agreed upon procedures that will typically include (i) Business licenses such as business premise license, wholesale, retail and trade license etc (ii) Work permit related applications (iii) Import permit applications (iv) Feasibility study assignment (v) Representative office/regional office application • Assisting the client in resolving any occasional business issues • Conduct feasibility study on behalf of client by analysing and interpreting information that are pertinent to their intended business activity covering areas such as licensing, regulatory requirements, immigration and customs matters • Supporting the team in preparing proposals, marketing material, internal and external presentations • Working on multiple client engagements of varying scope and complexity at the same time QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE : • At least a University’s Bachelor’s Degree and/or post-graduate qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent • Fresh graduates are welcomed SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS : • Experience in planning and tracking projects and assignments • Ability to multi-tasks in meeting the deadlines set by the manager and supervisor • Ability to work independently once provided with direction, but have an affinity for teamwork and relationship building • Ability to work in a team as well as independently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English • Good interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly and articulately identify and define problems and develop practical yet creative solutions to address client requirements • Strong drive to excel professionally • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Open to learning new things and do not mind an unstructured work environment • Proficient in MS Office
