1. To provide all necessary administrative assistances to the Building Executive/Supervisor/Manager. 2. To accept and record complaints from the residents in the absences of the Building Executive/Manager. 3. Responsible in handling and assisting the Building Manager on all “Petty Cash Fund” issues. 4. To carry out any duties instructed by the Building Manager/Executive. 5. Responsible for daily collection on the Maintenance Fund Charges, Water Charges and other Charges issued to the Unit Owners. 6. To carry out the preparation of invoices/billing on the property by compiling and obtaining verification on the invoices/billing (By the Building Manager and Operation manager) before it is to be submitted to the JMB/MC or Developer. 7. To ensure all books of Account are updated daily and recorded properly. 8. To ensure proper tabulation for the daily deposit/Bank In of all collection are recorded clearly. 9. To prepare official letters, memos, Minutes of Meeting, Requisition and Purchase Order including weekly and monthly report. 10. To prepare “Daily Collection Forms”. 11. To ensure all Management Office documentation filling is in order. 12. To receive any telephone calls of the management office
