About the Job We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Purchasing Executive to join a leading innovator in high-quality stationery manufacturing, offering a dynamic and growth-driven work environment where creativity, excellence, and career development thrive. In this role, you will oversee the purchasing cycle, ensuring the timely and efficient procurement of raw materials, semi-materials, and packaging materials. The ideal candidate possesses strong negotiation skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Job Responsibilities Monitor raw material stock levels and update material usage and pricing reports. Ensure adequacy of purchase requirements before communication/negotiation with suppliers. Issue Purchase Orders for raw materials, semi-materials, and packaging materials. Ensure timely delivery of purchased products for production. Source new raw materials, semi-materials, and packaging materials; request quotations/samples. Select and evaluate new/existing suppliers. Maintain quality records (e.g., Purchase Order, Supplier Performance Analysis, Review of New Supplier, Purchasing Approval Supplier List). Request updated quotations. Receive samples for testing; issue Testing Requisition Forms; update testing results to suppliers. Oversee purchasing issues and activities of purchasing juniors; review Purchase Orders issued by juniors. Qualifications & Experiences Needed Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of supply chain processes and cost optimization strategies.
