We are seeking an experienced Operations & Talent Management Lead to drive operational efficiency, manage key stakeholder relationships, and support the growth of our talent intelligence platform. The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, deep knowledge of talent management, and experience in Malaysia’s training and HR sectors. They will also be responsible for building partnerships with universities, government institutions, and employers to enhance internship and workforce development programs for our customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Management & Talent Intelligence Solutions: * Understand and promote talent management principles, including workforce planning, skills development, and employee lifecycle management. * Support the sales and implementation of our talent intelligence platform, working with HR leaders, business heads, and industry partners. * Develop strategies to help customers optimize their talent pipelines and workforce agility using technology. 2. Internship & Workforce Development for Customers: * Build and manage partnerships with universities, colleges, government institutions, and employers to facilitate internship programs for customers. * Design and oversee internship strategies that support talent pipelines for various industries. * Align internship and workforce programs with national talent development initiatives. 3. Training & HR Business Operations: * Lead and expand our training and HR-related business activities, ensuring they align with market demands. * Oversee program development, accreditation processes, and industry partnerships. * Work closely with corporate and government clients to deliver workforce training solutions. 4. Government Relations & Compliance: * Engage with government agencies to ensure compliance with training, HR, and workforce-related regulations. * Secure approvals, funding, and partnerships that support talent and workforce development initiatives. * Represent the company in industry discussions, policy forums, and government-led initiatives. 5. Technology & Digital Transformation: * Leverage technology to enhance training, HR processes, and talent management solutions. * Stay updated on digital trends impacting workforce development and industry skills demand. * Support the adoption of AI-driven solutions in HR and training operations. 6. Operational & People Management: * Manage teams to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with business objectives. * Implement strategies to improve productivity, service delivery, and customer satisfaction. * Oversee internal training and development to build a high-performing workforce. Preferred Experience & Skills: * Experience in consulting, business development, or product implementation in the HR and training space. * Strong industry connections in education, government, and corporate HR sectors. * Ability to develop and execute talent strategies that align with industry and organizational needs. * A data-driven approach to talent management and workforce planning.
