Responsible to generate monthly attendance, leave management, payroll process, and prepare submission of statutory contribution of KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN & HRDF. Handle monthly reimbursement claims, and update employee compensation benefits records: medical and company insurance. Handle all HR & Admin related matters and undertake tasks as and when assigned by managers. Responsible for conducting staff performance management and identifying training if needed. Oversee staff discipline, rules & regulations, any disciplinary action to be taken. Prepared HR-related documentation such as memos, employee handbooks, offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, show cause letters, etc. Ensure employee personal files & records are properly filed, maintained, and updated. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma or degree in Human Resources or its equivalent. At least two (2) years in payroll processing & HR Management experience preferred. Detailed oriented, excellent interpersonal skills with good problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage difficult situations with tact and diplomacy, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
