Main Role:- 1) Collaborate with strategic partners to enhance brand awareness and to boost up sales. 2) Prepare comprehensive briefs for the creative agency regarding new menu or seasonal campaigns, outlining objectives, target audiences, and communication channels. 3) To drive the internal brand and culture of O’Briens through its people in the market. 4) Maintain consistent communication with café managers to promote, implement, and gather feedback before, during and after campaign roll-outs, effectively accessing campaign impact. 5) Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing post-campaign reports, conducting data analysis, and participating in quarterly project reviews. 6) Provide assistance in organizing significant strategic events. 7) Curate and distribute competitor promotions to the team. 8) To work with 3rd party supplier such as – food suppliers. 9) Oversee the execution of programs, promotions, and events, with IT support, while ensuring backend processes involving accounts and outlets are properly coordinated. 10) To assess cross-selling opportunities with the business partners and vice-versa towards enriching the business relationship. 11) Forecast advertising and promotional expenditures required for products / programs. 12) To plan and map out the advertising and promotions budget for the products/programs. 13) Ensure comprehensive briefings are provided to all outlets prior to campaign or product launches. 14) Managing existing partnerships and nurturing new strategic alliances through relationship building, ensuring the continuity of programs and collaborations. 15) Taking charge of new menu launches, photo shoots, promotions, and social media postings. 16) Coordinating with printing suppliers for flyers, promotional materials, and vouchers. 17) Creating and updating buttons in the POS system. 18) Uploading new promotional content to digital screens 19) Calculating food costs and conducting R&D for seasonal menus and limited-time offers. 20) Updating new selling prices in O’Briens HQ back office and menu boards. Secondary Role 1) Handling catering orders, including liaising with customers and the café, preparing quotations, and ensuring payment is received. 2) Coordinating with the procurement department for new menu raw materials. 3) Supporting the human resources department in organizing activities for staff welfare.
