Job description Good knowledge of interior fit-out and construction materials Administration works including coordinating tender activities, monitoring materials, construction cost and procurement, site valuation, variation orders, verifying construction progress claims and finalization of accounts Cost controlling activities Monitoring each stage of construction to make sure that costs are in line with forecasts Possess strong analytical and organizational skills, paired with excellent communicative skills Perform other duties as assigned Job requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Certificate in Quantity Surveyor/Construction or equivalent At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field Able to work well as a team player in the process of completing each project Independent, self-motivated and result oriented
