Responsibilities: - • Involved in HR continuous Improvement initiative. • Assist in managing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. • Support the recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, shortlisting, coordinate for background check etc. • Support the employee engagement activities. • Maintain and update employees’ personal particulars and other relevant database. Requirement: - • Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources in Local University (Final Year students preferred). • Availability for an internship of up 3 to 6 months.
