Production Manager

1．According to company’s goals and strategies, establish clear measurable goals and objective, to determine individual and team results (i.e., KPI, PBC). 2. Lead and drive individual and team to continuously improve in key performance indicators (KPI), to ensure the safety, quality and efficiency, satisfy the requirement of safety, delivery, quality, cost and standard of system. 3.Co-ordinate with other departments and resources to drive for excellent, establishing planning, production, storage, logistic system, engineering services policy and practice. 4. Identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems, eliminate non-value-add processes, lead team to utilize lean knowledge and skills to continuously reduce cost and raise efficiency. 5. Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce, motivate and encourage employees to do a good job and get great performance. 6. Establish and utilize appropriate tools and systems to monitor operation’s KPI and trends, and lead team continuously to improve and achieve higher goals and better results, striving to be excellent. 7. Coach and mentor team members, develop training material and courses to enhance members’ skills and knowledge, and continuously improve the way of coaching and mentoring. 8. Create and Co-ordinate activities of large team, caring people and have a regular communication with talents, enhance team cohesion and make the individual, department and company have sustainable development.
