1. Pre-Sales Technical Support - Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical consultation. - Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC), and technical presentations. - Assist in designing customized solutions that align with customer requirements. - Prepare technical proposals and documentation to support successful winning of projects. - Engage with principal’s technical team whenever necessary. 2. Customer Training & Knowledge Sharing - Develop and deliver training programs for customers, partners, and internal teams. - Create technical documentation, user guides, and best practices. - Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance product adoption. 4. Others: - To complete additional assignments or projects as required by the supervisor to achieve the company's strategic objectives. Job Requirement: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - Candidates who possess at least 1 – 2 years of technical experience is a plus. - Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin, as we have to cover partners from China and Taiwan. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Independent and able to work under minimal supervision. - Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
