Job Summary: As a General Manager (GM), you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the successful execution of our strategic goals, business development, and cross-cultural management. Key Responsibilities: 1) Strategic Leadership: - Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. - Drive market expansion and identify new business opportunities in Taiwan. - Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional performance. - Develop strategies to expand into international markets, leveraging insights from Taiwan and other Asian regions. 2) Operational Management: - Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards. - Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation. - Optimize operation and supply chain processes to enhance overall efficiency and sustainability. - Ensure compliance with oversea local regulations and company policies. 3) Business Development: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. - Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and investment opportunities to scale operations. - Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase market share. 4) Team Leadership: - Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team. - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. - Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve their full potential. 5) Cross-Cultural Management: - Leverage your understanding of Taiwanese culture to bridge communication and operational gaps. - Ensure smooth collaboration between local teams and headquarters. Requirements: a) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field. b) Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in a senior management role. c) Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets. d) Strong understanding of the Taiwanese market and cultural nuances. e) Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. f) Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is essential. g) Willingness to relocate or travel as needed.
