PROCUREMENT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Identify and develop relationships with suppliers, evaluate performance, and negotiate contracts and prices. 2. Develop and implement effective procurement strategies and policies to ensure cost efficiency and quality control. 3. Analyze the company’s needs and make purchasing decisions based on quality, cost, and timing. 4. Oversee inventory levels and order new supplies as needed to avoid shortages or excess stock. 5. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers and vendors to ensure favorable terms for the company. 6. Monitor and manage procurement budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and identify opportunities for cost savings. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability practices. 8. Lead, train, and support the procurement team, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment. 9. Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports on purchasing activities, expenditures, and supplier performance. 10. Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, such as delivery delays, quality issues, or price fluctuations. REQUIREMENTS : 1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification. 2. Working experience at least 4 years above procurement manager will be given priority. 3. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier negotiation, and contract management. 4. Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders. 7. Experience in managing and leading a team. 8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while ensuring the best possible purchasing decisions.
