  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

• Operate and set up precision grinding machines including CNC, surface, cylindrical, and centerless grinders • Perform ID (internal diameter) and OD (outside diameter) grinding to precise tolerances. • Maintain parallelism, roundness, and concentricity in machined components. • Optimize grinding parameters such as feed rate, wheel speed, and coolant flow. • Work with high-tolerance components used in spreader machinery. • Maintain parallelism, roundness, and concentricity in machined components • Create and modify CNC grinding programs . • Utilize CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks for tool design and grinding strategies. • Improve automation processes to enhance grinding efficiency and reduce downtime. • Program tool paths and offsets to achieve accurate machining results. • Develop specialized grinding techniques to optimize surface roughness and material removal rates. • Work with engineers to develop new grinding methods for high-performance spreader parts. • Use coordinate measuring machines (CMM), profilometers, and optical comparators to verify tolerances. • Implement statistical process control (SPC) techniques to monitor grinding consistency. • Ensure all components meet ISO 9001 and industry-specific quality standards. • Diagnose and troubleshoot machine vibration, wheel wear, and alignment issues. • Perform preventive maintenance on precision grinding machines. • Identify opportunities for cycle time reduction and increased grinding efficiency • Work closely with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. • Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize scrap and rework.
