Job Summary: The Safety Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. This role involves risk assessment, safety training, and incident investigation while maintaining effective communication with international clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement workplace safety policies and procedures. 2. Conduct risk assessments and hazard analysis to prevent workplace accidents. 3. Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations. 4. Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees. 5. Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and corrective actions. 6. Monitor and inspect work environments, equipment, and practices to ensure safety compliance. 7. Collaborate with management and teams to promote a strong safety culture. 8. Communicate with overseas clients and suppliers on safety-related matters. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: Prior experience in safety management, risk assessment, or construction safety is preferred. • Skills: • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices. • Ability to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with overseas clients.
