Production Assistant Manager JD : 1、 Assist department manager to analyze workshop production costs, product quality, on-time delivery, etc. every month, summarize experience, identify deficiencies, formulate measures, and supervise rectification. 2、 Responsible for the determination, analysis and rectification of quality issues at the production site. 3、 Deal with abnormal problems such as quality that arise during the production process in a timely manner, propose improvement measures and follow up on their implementation. 4、 With QC,Communicate with QE to understand the existing problems. Solve QC, QEBig problems that are difficult to solve. 5、 Analyze and solve quality problems that arise in the projects you are responsible for implementing, and summarize and report in a timely manner. 6、 Can directly dispatch production of this department and has the obligation to continuously improve the overall production of the workshop. 7、 Assist department managers in drafting, revising and strictly implementing various management regulations within the workshop, and set an example. 8、 Responsible for the effective operation of the department's quality, environment, occupational health and safety, ISO9000, and EN15085 management systems, and ensure continuous improvement and perfection of each sub-process involved in the department. 9、 Regularly report progress and existing problems and provide support for decision-making. Requirements: - Required experience: More than 8 years of relevant industry and related work experience, more than 5 years of production management experience - Familiar with sheet metal manufacturing process design and working principles; have good analytical and problem-solving skills; have production operation management knowledge and personnel management skills; have a certain lean production concept; proficient in usingoffice, etc.Office software. - Having comprehensive personal abilities and qualities, or outstanding performance at work, the conditions for employment may be appropriately relaxed in accordance with the company's relevant regulations or with the approval of the leadership - Trained in production operations, on-site management, basic knowledge of financial accounting, sheet metal CNC, metalworking, welding, spraying, assembly, surface treatment knowledge, etc.
