What is your mission? Role: As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible in inside sales team for an industry-leading technology organization. In managing the inside sales team, you will be at the forefront of our performance achievement of goals together with your accountability for sales team achievement. Driving the sales team focusing on new business logo & up/cross-selling existing accounts, you will have the opportunity to lead and sell technology product, services, and solutions to end users via partners in the geographic territory and region. You will be responsible to lead and manage an Inside Sales Team. You will be responsible for team achievement and coaching the team in a sales environment. Responsibilities: • Responsible for leading inside sales team to proactively sells products/services and integrated solutions to new business logos and existing accounts in the assigned customer segment and/or geographic territory, and drive outbound demand generation through cold calling and social media in support of company promotion and campaigns • Plan and measure overall marketing leads from market penetration campaigns/events within SLA • Execute strategy, drive to achieve team quota objectives and activity metrics within territory and/or accounts, and collaborate input to the execution success • Supervision and coordination of daily activities of team to maximize customers/partners touch and experience, performance metrics and activity quality • Motivation of the team; provides coaching, guidance and development of the team; walks the floor and conduct team meeting/huddle cadence and 1:1 appraisal • Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Channel Head on Go-To-Market planning and execution, and provide feedback • Develop customer intelligent list of focus accounts in each territory to penetrate and/or expand. Aggressively reviews team account set and call/social activities in pursuit of new business or up/cross-selling opportunities • Drive team pipeline and forecast management in accordance with sales call centre business process excellence. Drive pipeline coverage accurately bottoms-up forecast and maintain/enrich account data • Scheduling of training, coaching, QA call monitoring cadence in close cooperation with the Trainer / QA • Responsible for quality performance and activity reporting decks, dashboards, files of all team KPIs and SLAs with Reporting Business Analyst • Organization, control and steering of quality business processes and workflows, and improvements Skills • Good understanding on Inside Sales B2B & B2C environment • Good understanding of sales techniques and selling skills • Ability to communicate value propositions • Proven record of accomplishment to lead an inside sales team in the B2B technical market (i.e. enterprise or SMB market) and can show significant increases in sales growth due to Managership. • Proven ability in the implementation and measure of marketing activities • Must have previously used a CRM Sales module (e.g. SFDC) Who are we looking for? • Minimum academic qualification: Diploma/Degree • Minimum 5 years inside/outside sales management experience in B2B/B2C • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or Team Manager experience • Demonstrated communication skills including clear and concise verbal and written business communication in English and Filipino language
