Job Description Process Psychology Center is committed to provide quality Mental Health Service to individuals and families in need in Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya area. Candidate must be capable of conducting psychotherapy or counselling session face to face and online under the ethical guidelines. Candidate must be capable of working with individuals, families or groups while keeping confidential records. Candidate must be capable of establishing a relationship of trust and respect with clients. Empathy, unconditional postive regards, and acceptance to all populations are required. Candidate must be comitted to listening to clients' concerns, empathising with them, and helping them to see things more clearly or from a different perspective. Candidate able to withstand pressure, will not be affected by the patient's emotions, must have a sense of responsibility and achieve the established goals​. Candidate must be willing to continually develop/refine professional techniques to better assist clients appropriately and effectively. Candidate must possess at least Master's Degree in Professional Counseling or equivalent. Required language(s): Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia , Mandarin and Cantonese. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Psychotherapy, Mental Health, Guidance Counselling, Individual Counselling, Group Counselling, Psycholoical Testing. There are currently three (3) vacant positions.
