Job Description for Creative Designer

AirAsia Rewards is seeking a dynamic and versatile Creative Designer to join our team. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop compelling visuals that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and adapt visuals based on briefs from multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project requirements and brand guidelines.

  • Work closely with marketing, branding teams, and other departments throughout the project lifecycle—from ideation and conceptualization to execution and final delivery.

  • Stay updated with current design trends and demographic behaviors to ensure our visuals remain fresh and relevant.

  • Translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audience.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic, advertising or multimedia design environments.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), along with basic knowledge of HTML for web-related design projects.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and visual art direction. Familiar with social media and digital advertising requirements.

  • Experience with motion graphics, photography, and video production is advantageous.

  • Ability to work autonomously, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • A positive attitude, good personality, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team environment.
