  • Reviewing resumes and applications.
  • Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
  • Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process (executive and below vacancies).
  • Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
  • Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
  • Handling insurance-related issues.
  • Training new or existing employees.
  • Conducting employee induction/orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
  • Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees.
  • Preparing of salary statements.
  • Administration of all contract labour.
  • Conducting various welfare activities.
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the require of employees in consultation with HR Manager.
  • Ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance.
  • Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, salary slip and other payroll related matters.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc) of each employee.
  • Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation.
  • Administering performance management processes.
  • Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.
  • Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
  • Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
  • Conducting investigation on gross misconduct issue promptly and to furnish written report to HR Manager for further action.
  • To conduct random spot checks on hostels to ensure that hostel rules are being followed and hygiene is upkeep.
  • Verifies existence of vacant positions in accordance with manpower plan.
  • Collaborates with Head of Departments to determine filling of positions internally or externally.

Qualification & Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or any equivalent.
  • 2 years minimum working experience in related field
  • Possess a valid driving license
  • Possess the patience the listen to various grouses and sensitive issues in a calm and ethical way
  • Ethical conduct skill and impartiality
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding team member, client, contractors, supplier. Trustworthy, with a strong work ethic founded upon integrity, commitment, and respect
  • Ability to guide and work closely with team member, Higher Management, at all levels.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
