- You will play a critical role in the Medical and Health Services to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales and business support to achieve overall sales and business goals
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls/emails to potential customers, and following up on leads
- Handling incoming enquiries, prepare and follow up on sales quotations confirmation status and escalate qualified opportunities to the sales team
- Provide customer service by attending to customers requests on test schedules, and project submission Monitor and provide regular updates on debtors' listing for effective debt management
- Responsible for delightful customer experience from acquisition of customers to after-sales
- Prompt and regular upkeeping of customers' database and project updates to maximise customer relationship management
- Assist in creation and preparation of marketing materials such as proposals and PowerPoint presentations
Qualifications
- Key Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Engineering/Biology/Chemistry with at least 1-year of sales or indoor sales experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build good rapport with all levels of staff
- Results and service-oriented individual who possess initiative and excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented, proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
- Assertive, meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic and resourceful with a can-do attitude.
