- Track project progress to ensure tasks are completed on time.
4. On-Site Support
- Accompany the designer during site visits, recording measurements (e.g., space dimensions, lighting conditions, etc.).
- Monitor the construction process to ensure the design scheme is implemented as planned.
- Assist in arranging furniture and decor to finalize the space setup.
5. Administrative and Clerical Work
- Organize and file design drawings, contracts, invoices, and other documents.
- Schedule meetings and prepare presentation materials, such as PowerPoint slides, for clients.
- Respond to client emails or calls, handling daily communication.
6. Learning and Growth
- Learn about the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies to stay updated with industry developments.
- Improve design skills and professional knowledge under the designer’s guidance.
Required Skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe suite), basic drafting, and rendering abilities.
