  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Preferably a tertiary education in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Technology, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Candidates with lesser academic qualifications but extensive experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the FMCG and/or Food industry will be considered.
  • Young professionals with strong aspirations for managerial roles may also be considered based on relevant experience and personal attributes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize, lead, and manage a sales team in the FMCG industry.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Familiar with various FMCG sales channels, including Van Sales, Modern Trade, Wholesale, and Retail.
  • Prepare and manage sales plans to achieve targets and business objectives.
  • Plan and execute sales promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and festive packages to boost sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade partners and key accounts.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to field sales teams.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights using Microsoft tools.
  • Experience in marketing and product management is an added advantage for career progression to a Sales & Marketing Manager role.
