Job Description:
- Lead a dedicated team focused on IT service delivery and infrastructure, fostering an environment of excellence and reliability in support services.
- Drive the transformation of the service delivery desk to optimize operational efficiency, ensuring swift responses and seamless issue resolution.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to align technology strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring that IT solutions effectively support and propel the company's growth.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing a team.
- Solid background in service delivery desk operations and IT infrastructure.
- Expertise in driving process improvement and project management within these domains
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- Experience working with network and server management support.
- Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, hardware, and upgrades.
- Minimum 5 years experience in an information technology role.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Team spirited, responsible and initiative with positive work attitude.
- Fast learner, self-driven, self-motivation, and proactive.
Working location: Warehouse 9, Jalan Kip 3, Taman Perindustrian Kip, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Selangor
Working hours: Monday - Friday (8;30am - 6:30pm)

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
