HR Officer (Payroll)
JOB PURPOSE
→To assist the HR Executive & Human Resource and Administration Manager functions.
→Responsible for payroll administration for organization.
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Payroll & Attendance
→Checking & update internship / part time punch card for payment (PR)
→Linked finger print to all turnstile system & finger machine
→Delete resigned employees finger print 1 month after resign
→Upload duty roster plan for all employee by 28th every month before key OT requisition
→Key in & Update new hire personal particular and others information in payroll system (Job Grade : G1-G4)
→Key in & update resignation in payroll system
→Monitor and follow up for confirmation staff.
→Update transfer department/Section in career (TP8)
→Update absenteeism and lateness for employee.
→Email to all department for OT Approval followed by cycle
→Update YTD Annual Leave and email to all department by quarterly
→Key in medical claim & Dental claim cash by monthly basis before payroll cut off
→Key in utilities & damage item by monthly basis before payroll cut off Personal
→To preparing confirmation / extension letter for all employee
→To maintain personal file (make sure all private and confidential letter/form in personal file)-G1-G4 Others
→Filling case at JTK for all minus salary and absconded employee- claim for short notice
→Prepare document & submit all SOCSO claim
→Any others responsibilities which may assign by Human Resource & Admin Manager from time to time.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
→Diploma/Degree in related field (Equivalent with experiences in related field) WORK EXPERIENCE
→Minumun 2-3 years in related field (2 years in Payroll)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
