WORKING HOURS:

09:00AM - 06:00PM (MONDAY - FRIDAY)

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Office Support:
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Document Management:
  • Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organize files (physical and electronic).
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports for meetings.
  • Communication:
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication.
  • Handle routine inquiries and respond to emails and other correspondence.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial record-keeping tasks (e.g., processing invoices, expenses).
  • Manage office equipment and maintain records for office supplies.
  • Provide support for HR-related tasks such as onboarding, filing, and scheduling interviews.
  • Data Entry & Reporting:
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases.
  • Generate reports as required for different departments or projects.
  • Team Support:
  • Provide support to team members as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Participate in team meetings, take meeting minutes, and assist in follow-up actions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in other administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and office management systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
