WORKING HOURS:
09:00AM - 06:00PM (MONDAY - FRIDAY)
Key Responsibilities:
- General Office Support:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Document Management:
- Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize files (physical and electronic).
- Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports for meetings.
- Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Handle routine inquiries and respond to emails and other correspondence.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial record-keeping tasks (e.g., processing invoices, expenses).
- Manage office equipment and maintain records for office supplies.
- Provide support for HR-related tasks such as onboarding, filing, and scheduling interviews.
- Data Entry & Reporting:
- Perform data entry and maintain databases.
- Generate reports as required for different departments or projects.
- Team Support:
- Provide support to team members as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Participate in team meetings, take meeting minutes, and assist in follow-up actions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in other administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and office management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
