Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
- To support Manager and Senior Executive Airline Relations in focusing airline relations activities and airport facilitation of operational areas that can help the airport to improve its quality of services provided to the airlines/ground-handlers/related government agencies, also to assist Senior Executive on the Strategy Communications of Operations under the purview of Operations Management.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Ensure minimum delays in resolving issues derived from the airlines/ground-handlers/related government agencies. To handle, coordinate and follow-up on correspondences received from the airlines/ground-handlers/related government agencies by chanelling to the appropriate divisions for actions and will be followed thru until they are resolved.
- To ensure latest records and database of airlines/ground-handlers/related government agencies for the dissemination to internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to resolve problems effectively and make recommendations for solutions.
- Maintain effective working relationships and a network of strategic alliances with stakeholders in supporting the airports' Quality Management System and Managements' policy requirement.
- Ensure good customer relationship management practices with airlines/ground-handlers/related government agencies.
- To facilitate airlines in the communication with the related government agencies and other service providers.
- To facilitate as and when request by airlines related to KUL operations
- Able to assist the strategy communications team on all strategy communications (i.e., info deck for managament, bulletin, dashboard and related communication platform)

Education
Internal
- Degree in any discipline, preferbly in Corporate Communications related
External
- Degree in any discipline, preferably in Corporate Communications related
- Minimum CGPA 3.0
Relevant Industries
Internal
- Diploma in any discipline preferably in in Corporate Communications related
- Certificate holder with minimum 5 years relevant working experience
- SPM holder with minimum 7 years relevant working experience
- Must achieve and maintain the following performance rating for two (2) consecutive years of at least Exceptional / A or Outstanding / B; and Minimum Meet Expectations / C
- The employee must not be subjected to disciplinary punishments except for disciplinary counselling, caution, reminder & warning for the past 36 consecutive months immediately preceding the promotion
External
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably in in Corporate Communications related Minimum CGPA 3.0
