Store Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain high-caliber staffs appropriate to company business needs.
• Managing to ensure all materials receiving, issuing and transaction are recorded/updated in the store system/records according to the company procedure/policy.
• Ensure the safekeeping, stock accuracy, safety of all materials in the store.
• Ensure the safekeeping of all documents, such as Invoice and delivery order as per the company procedure/policy.
• Develop and motivate all team members to preform a high level efficiency of their output.
• Delegate and organize department workload according to responsibility or project assignment.
• Coordinate and handle material disposition according to company policy.
• Coordinate interaction between the section in the Material department and all other department and subsidiary of Meerkat group.
• Evaluate and schedule appropriate training programs and/or seminars for the Store department’s staff.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess minimum Diploma level.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably contract manufacturing experiences.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
• Familiar with Store/warehouse management in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to comprehend and implement changes, detail oriented with sincere desire to produce accurate, quality oriented work and a very positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
