· Provide support and handle administrative tasks for sales team.

· To prepare quotations, sales order, delivery order, invoice and related documents.

· To liaise with project sales & purchasing executives for quotation/ tender / confirmation.

· Respond and handle customers’ enquiries received by calls, messages (WhatsApp) and emails.

· Liaise with suppliers, vendors and customers.

· Follow up with all pending deliveries.

· Update customers and sales team on the daily delivery statuses of customer orders.

· Support any tasks or duties assigned by the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
